What kind of warranty is included with the machine?
A 1-Year, Bumper to Bumper warranty comes standard with the machine. Additional years can be added at an additional cost.
Can it go to a precise location over and over?
Yes. You can specify position, elevation, speed and spin for each ball. You can also use the QuickPick settings to choose a position, elevation, and speed for the desired ball.
What is the difference between the FM-150 and FM-250?
The FM-250 includes a manual controller (retail $500). The FM-150 does not include the manual controller.
Do I need the Manual Controller if I have the Wireless Controller?
Although the wireless controller is fantastic and gives players and coaches the ability to remotely control the machine, the manual controller has proven to be a great asset. Some drills don’t require the machine to move to multiple positions. Having both controls covers all practice scenarios.
What kind of balls are recommended for use in the FM-250?
We recommend a Kevlar Flat Seamed ball that will perform consistently and doesn’t break down. The machine does not perform well with rubber dipple balls, irregular shaped balls, or soft safety balls.
