Effortless Revenue Growth

How does the redemption system work?

Our redemption system is fully self-service for customers, allowing them to easily redeem their purchases without assistance. Additionally, there is a management portal for overseeing operations and tracking performance. We offer customizable product options, including memberships for regular users and time rental services for those who need access for a limited period. This flexibility allows customers to choose the best option to suit their needs.

What are the dimensions of the cages available?

The average dimensions for the cage are as follows:

  • Length: 55’ – 60’
  • Width: 12’ – 15’
  • Height: 13’ – 20’

Can we load credits into the app for kids in our organization?

Yes, you can create different membership offerings and add credits to a member’s account through the Management Portal. For example, kids playing on your teams could receive four 20-pitch sessions per month.

What is the recommended number of pitches per turn and time between pitches?

The recommendation is 15 pitches with 6 seconds between pitches (8-10 seconds with HitTrax). This applies to both baseball and softball.

How can we use HitTrax technology with the machines?

The software is not integrated with HitTrax, so the settings will need to be adjusted separately. However, we recommend allowing 8-10 seconds between pitches to analyze the last hit.

What pricing do you recommend for cage rentals?

A common rate is $3.00 per round, with some facilities in Northern California charging $6.00. A good starting point is $3.00 to $4.00, with discounts for bulk purchases.

What type of baseballs and softballs should we use?

We recommend using leather, low-seam baseballs and softballs. Avoid composite balls as they can be tacky and may not funnel smoothly through the machine.
