FungoMan Impacts College Baseball Polls
Ten teams in the February 23, 2009 Collegiate Baseball NCAA Div. I Poll have made FungoMan’s Automated Baseball Practice Machine a part of thier practice regiment, including #1 LSU, #3 Georgia, and #4 Arizona State. Other top programs with FungoMan Automated Baseball Practice Machines that made the poll include Texas, Baylor, Coastal Carolina, Ole Miss, Pepperdine, San Diego State, and Michigan.
Baseball America’s Division I Top 25 Poll, as well as the NAIA Top 25 Poll have programs that have FungoMan owners.
East baseball goes high-tech

GRANITE QUARRY — East Rowan’s baseball program has added another potential difference-maker to the roster — although he won’t be in coach Brian Hightower’s batting order or pitching rotation.
The FM150, a state-of-the-art mechanical marvel known as FungoMan, arrived in Granite Quarry last Wednesday. There were no speeches and no parade, but there could be one for FungoMan — and the Mustangs — after the season.

FungoMan LLC Debuts the FM-150S Automated Softball Practice Machine
Automated Practice Machine empowers coaches and players to maximize practice time.
Shreveport, LA — October 1, 2008 — An automated softball practice machine that can be programmed to fire grounders, fly balls, line drives, short hops, or whatever a coach needs has been released for sale to the Softball World.
Romy Cucjen, president of the Shreveport, Louisiana based company FungoMan LLC, introduced the FM-150 Automated Baseball Practice Machine in January of 2007. Pro teams like the Texas Rangers, Arizona Diamondbacks, and Los Angeles Dodgers and university programs like Baylor, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona State, Portland and LSU have all made the FM-150 a part of their practice schedules. High schools throughout the United States have become huge advocates of the FM-150 because of its ability to maximize practice while producing exact reps in the field, or on the pitching mound every three seconds.

Minneapolis/St. Paul KARE-11 Reporter Eric Perkins went to St. Anthony Village High School to take a look at the FungoMan FM-150.
Troy Urdahl, coach of the State Champion St. Anthony Village High School baseball team, explains how the school’s recently purchased FM-150 has changed his team’s practice.
“Perk at Play” airs every Tuesday night at 10 p.m. in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. It has won several awards, including an Emmy.

Louisiana’s North Desoto High Finishes Season in Quarterfinals
North Desoto High School, located in Stonewall, LA purchased an FM-150 Automated Baseball Practice Machine in December of 2007. Coach Bo Odom, and the Griffin Baseball Team credit the FM-150 for at least part of their unprecedented success during the 2008 season. North Desoto’s quarterfinal appearance marked the highest playoff finish in school history. Watch and hear what Coach Odom had to say about how they used their FM-150, and how the Griffin Booster Club was able to purchase a machine.
